We are looking for E-Commerce Associate with strong team player skills who will be a part of the setup and growing of e-store operation
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders from order placement to delivery Supervise the preparation of the order for delivery Liaise with shipping provider to follow-up on order pick-up and delivery Update product information and content on the website Report & resolve any operational/technical issues arising Responsible of driving traffic to the website & evaluating approaches to improve website sales approach Liaise with Marketing department to implement and support campaigns
